Invitation for Bids - Procurement of IT & Office Equipment's
1. Sealed tender for supply of IT & Office Equipments tabled in bidding documents are invited from original Manufacturer / Authorized Distributors / Dealers (eligible bidders are defined in bidding documents in detail) to the Directorate General of Religious Education (DGRE) for the Financial Year 2021-22: The contract shall be awarded to the lowest evaluated bidder Individually for Each Item.
- Director (Administration & Coordination), invites sealed bids for the supply of items from original Manufacturers / Authorized Distributors / Dealers having registration with income tax and sale tax Authorities. A detail eligibility criterion is mentioned in the bidding documents.
- Bidding documents containing detail list of IT & Office Equipments along with terms and conditions can be obtained free of cost from the office of Dy. Director Admin & Coord. DGRE Head Office, Sector G-8/4, Taleemi Chowk, Islamabad during working office hours. The same can also be downloaded from official websites of DGRE (http://www.dgre.gov.pk/) /Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training (mofept.gov.pk)/or https://www.ppra.org.pk.
- Sealed Bids (Technical and Financial bids under single stage two envelop format) prepared in accordance with the instruction given in the tender documents and complete in all respect should reached office of the Dy. Director Admin & Coord.
