Invitation for Bids - Procurement of IT Equipment and Furniture & Fixtures

1. Directorate General of Religious Education (DGRE) HQ invites sealed bids from sole distributors, firms, contractors, suppliers, dealers registered with Sales Tax / Income Tax Departments / relevant authorities for provision of IT Equipment under the PC-1 of NAVTTC for establishing Labs/Workshops.

2.           Bids Security/ earnest money @ 2% of bid value in the shape of
Pay Order/ Demand Draft in favor of “Director (Administration & Coord.), Directorate General of Religious Education” Sector G-8/4 Taleemi Chowk, Islamabad must be attached with the bid.

3.           The DGRE reserves the rights to increase or decrease the quantity.

4.           Tender documents, list and detail of items / equipment with specification and detailed terms / conditions can be obtained (free of cost) from the office of DD (Admin), during office hours and can also be downloaded from official websites of DGRE (http://www.dgre.gov.pk) and PPRA (www.ppra.org.pk). DGRE reserves rights to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals in accordance with Rule-33 of PPRA Rules-2004.
